Lactate Control is designed to reduce the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles, and is intended for use in competition.

 

Lactate Control contains a mineral composition based on research and scientific documentation and can help to reduce the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles.

Athletes that compete on an international level has tested the product and made suggestions during the development process

Lactate Control is particularly suitable for sports where all or part of the competition period is over anaerobic threshold/lactate threshold

INSTRUCTIONS (Measuring spoon included)

 

Competitions/0-60 minutes

The day before the competition:

  • Mix 4 even measuring spoons (14g) Lactate Control in 1 liter of liquid. Drink evenly over 1-2 hours

 

Day of the competition:

  • Mix 8 even measuring spoons (28g) Lactate Control in 1 liter of liquid. Start drinking three hours before competition.
  • Drink steadily for two hours to be done with your drink one hour before start

(Drinking too fast can give you bowel issues)

  • Have 1 even measuring spoon (3.5G) Lactate Control per 0.5l drink on bottles used during the race/competition. Can be mixed in with your sports drinks.

 

After competition – for recovery:

If needed take 1 even measuring spoon Lactate Control in your recovery shake or with food.

 

 

Competitions/ over 60 min

The day before the competition:

  • Mix 4 even measuring spoons (14g) Lactate Control in 1 liter of liquid. Drink evenly over 1-2 hours

(Drinking too fast can cause bowel issues).

 

Day of the competition:

  • Mix 0.5 liters of liquid
  • Mix 2 even scoops per 0.5 liters of sports drink in bottles for drinking during the race

 

You should drink at least 1.0-1.5 liters diluted Lactate Control throughout the competition for optimal effect

 

After competition – for recovery:

If needed take 1 even measuring spoon Lactate Control in your recovery shake or with food.
